What a terrific day we have had in school today! Full of reading and book related activities with ‘Kindness’ our core value being explored in various ways!
Other exciting and interesting activities have included purchasing books at the Book Fair, Countdown Competitions, ‘Extreme Reads’, voting for our favourite local author in a MEABC election, online interactive lessons, quizzes, treasure hunts and book swaps!
Thanks so much to our parents, guardians and our local community for helping with the exceptional costumes which can be witnessed in the images below!
This all adds to our main objective today… encouraging a love of reading and books 📚
