On Tuesday 24th January, we received a visit from the Dairy Council. Tess and Eimear talked about healthy eating as well as the importance of keeping a balanced diet and regular exercise. We learnt that we need at least 60 minutes of activity each day. We even had a go at some dancing to get some extra exercise!
