P1 have been thinking a lot about Harvest this week and how farmers help us grow crops to give us food. Today we thought about scarecrows and their special job of looking after the seeds! We created a Carniny Scarecrow using a school uniform, hay and a hat! We sang “Dingle Dangle Scarecrow” and listened to the story of “The Scarecrow’s Wedding” by Julia Donaldson. What a fun day! 🌾🌽🥕👨🏽🌾
