The football team had a successful and memorable afternoon at the ‘Senior Cup Finals Day’ located at the main arena, Ballymena Showgrounds.
We defeated Fourtowns PS 2-0 in the semi final and then managed to draw the final (0-0) with Ballykeel in an extremely nail biting and competitive contest.
We unfortunately came out on the wrong side of ‘sudden death penalties’.
The team were an absolute credit to themselves and the whole school community. They should be very proud of their performances and were very ably led by captain Jesse Mark.
